Tynnra Pamlo
Tynnra Pamlo lived a double life in the Imperial Senate. She sat openly for Taris while secretly serving as Minister of Education in the Rebel Alliance's Civil Government. In the first days of the Empire she joined Bail Organa and Riyo Chuchi in fighting the Imperial Defense Recruitment Bill, arguing that the galaxy had more urgent needs than a costly new army. That effort collapsed when Palpatine used Admiral Rampart's destruction of Tipoca City as a reason to endorse the bill himself. In the years that followed, Pamlo worked with Rebel Intelligence and Airen Cracken. She gathered reports of Imperial atrocities and spread counterpropaganda, and she took part in the Organas' strategy dinners on Alderaan, which were disguised as social evenings. Although she opposed Palpatine, she was one of the Alliance's most cautious voices and would not drag her homeworld into open war. When Jyn Erso told the Alliance High Command about the Death Star, Pamlo argued for disbanding the Alliance rather than attacking Scarif, dismissing the plan as nothing but hope. After Rogue One went ahead anyway and the Galactic Civil War began, she returned to Coruscant, publicly condemned the battle station and resigned her Senate seat.

~18 BBY - Opposes the Defense Recruitment Bill
As senator for Taris in the new Imperial Senate, Pamlo joins Bail Organa in opposing Admiral Rampart's plan to replace the clone army with conscripts. She argues that the war is over and that the galaxy has more pressing problems.
~18 BBY - The vote is tabled
Pamlo and Organa get Mas Amedda to table the vote again until provisions for retiring clones are clearly defined.
~18 BBY - The Clone Conspiracy exposed
Pamlo watches in shock as Riyo Chuchi reveals footage of Rampart destroying Tipoca City. Palpatine then appears, has Rampart arrested and uses the scandal to endorse the Defense Recruitment Bill, which marks the start of the stormtrooper era.
Imperial Era - Secret rebel minister
While still in the Senate, Pamlo becomes Minister of Education in the Alliance's Civil Government. She works with Rebel Intelligence and Airen Cracken, collecting reports of Imperial atrocities on Lasan, Geonosis and Ghorman and producing counterpropaganda.
3 BBY - Leia Organa's Day of Demand
Pamlo attends Leia's Day of Demand ceremony on Alderaan, where Queen Breha thanks her personally for coming.
~3 BBY - Strategy dinners on Alderaan
Pamlo attends the Organas' dinner parties, which are secretly rebel strategy meetings. At one of them Grand Moff Tarkin arrives unexpectedly, and Breha stages a drunken scene to hide what the guests are really discussing.
1 BBY - Operation Fracture
Pamlo is part of the Alliance leadership that plans to extract Galen Erso. She and Organa intend to bring him before the Senate to testify about the Empire's weapon.
1 BBY - Council on Yavin 4
After hearing from Jyn Erso and Cassian Andor, Pamlo asks what chance the rebels have against a planet-killing weapon. She calls for the Alliance to disband and scatter, and she rejects the raid on Scarif because it rests on nothing but hope.
1 BBY - Resignation from the Senate
After Rogue One's unsanctioned attack on Scarif starts the Galactic Civil War, Pamlo returns to Coruscant, publicly condemns the Death Star and resigns her Senate seat.
