Ki-Adi-Mundi died in 19 BBY.
Ki-Adi-Mundi is best remembered as one of the steady, sometimes skeptical voices of the Jedi High Council in the Republic's last years, and as a Jedi whose career spanned more than a century. In 132 BBY, during the High Republic, he was a newly made Master who sat on the tactical council Vernestra Rwoh called to discuss the assassin Mae. Decades later he held a Council seat of his own. There he taught younglings alongside Yarael Poof, pushed back on Qui-Gon Jinn's calls for more outreach, and in 32 BBY famously insisted that the Sith had been extinct for a millennium. He survived the arena battle on Geonosis that began the Clone Wars and became a Jedi General. He took scars from an early clash with General Grievous and led the northern assault in the Second Battle of Geonosis, where he topped Anakin Skywalker and Ahsoka Tano with 65 kills. On the Council he took a hard line, arguing against intervening on neutral Mandalore and personally telling Ahsoka Tano she had been expelled after the Temple bombing. In 19 BBY, while commanding the 21st Nova Corps in the Mygeeto campaign, he was gunned down by his own clone troopers when Order 66 was issued. His lightsaber survived him and ended up with the collector Dok-Ondar.

Ki-Adi-Mundi is born on Cerea. Canon gives no birth year, so this is an estimate based on his being a newly raised Jedi Master by 132 BBY. He trains in the Order under Yoda.
132 BBY - Council on the Mae-ho Aniseya threat
As a newly elevated Jedi Master, he joins Vernestra Rwoh's tactical council, reviews footage of Mae fighting Master Sol, and warns that she could become a major threat.

He gives the eulogy at Master Katri's funeral at the Jedi Temple after she is killed on Raxus Secundus.
33 BBY - Teaching with Yarael Poof and the Kwenn outreach
Now a Council member, he teaches younglings alongside Yarael Poof, hears Qui-Gon Jinn's proposal to engage more with the galaxy, dismisses it as extreme, and later takes part in the outreach mission to Kwenn.
32 BBY - Return of the Sith
He tells Qui-Gon Jinn that the Sith have been extinct for a millennium, sits on the Council that evaluates young Anakin Skywalker, and attends Qui-Gon's funeral on Naboo.
