Hondo Ohnaka
Hondo Ohnaka is the galaxy's most charming opportunist, a pirate whose career lasted decades and who kept turning up, for a price, on the edges of its biggest wars. Sold into slavery by his con-artist parents, he escaped, learned the criminal trade as an advisor to Porla the Hutt, then betrayed his master and fled with a band of fellow servants. He conned a collector out of a fleet of ships and built the Ohnaka Gang into a feared crew based on Florrum. During the Clone Wars he captured Count Dooku and then Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker, hoping to ransom all three. The plan failed, and it made him a lasting enemy in Dooku, who later sent General Grievous to destroy his base. Hondo swung between foe and ally of the Jedi: he raided Felucian villages, kidnapped Ahsoka Tano, and then helped her and a group of younglings escape Grievous. He armed the Onderon rebels and fought off Maul and Savage Opress. After the Empire broke up his gang he worked alone as a smuggler and bounty chaser, became an unlikely friend to Ezra Bridger and the Spectres, and helped free Lothal. By the time of the First Order he had rebuilt his fortunes as the head of Ohnaka Transport Solutions on Batuu, a front for smuggling, and he quietly helped the Resistance after Crait.

22 BBY - Capturing Count Dooku
Takes Dooku prisoner after the Count crashes on Vanqor and demands a spice ransom from the Republic. He then drugs and imprisons Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker too. All three escape, and the Jedi spare him.

Extorts nysillin from a Felucian village until Jedi and hired bounty hunters drive him off. He duels Anakin on a cliff edge before retreating.

Gives refuge to Sing and young Boba Fett on Florrum, then persuades Boba to reveal where the Republic hostages are held. He secretly rescues Sing and keeps Slave I.
