Hera Syndulla
Hera Syndulla was born in 29 BBY.
Hera Syndulla was the steady hand at the controls of the Ghost and one of the people who made the Rebel Alliance possible. As a child during the Clone Wars she watched Republic gunships over her home, pulled the astromech Chopper from a crashed Y-wing, and decided she would fly. In the early Imperial years her father Cham's Free Ryloth Movement and her mother Eleni's death left Hera at odds with her father's cause, so she left home to fight the Empire across the galaxy instead. During the Gorse Conflict she met Kanan Jarrus, a Jedi hiding after Order 66, and together they founded the Spectres. Sabine Wren, Garazeb Orrelios and later Ezra Bridger joined the crew. Their insurgency on Lothal brought them into Phoenix Cell, where Hera rose to Phoenix Leader and helped build a base on Atollon until Grand Admiral Thrawn destroyed it. After Kanan died saving her, she helped liberate Lothal and then gave birth to their son, Jacen. As a general she fought at Scarif, Hoth and Endor. In the New Republic she commanded forces that included Alphabet Squadron, fought at Jakku, and later went against her superiors to pursue Thrawn's return.

Born to Twi'lek resistance leader Cham Syndulla and his wife Eleni.
~22 BBY - Clone Wars on Ryloth
Hides underground with her mother while Separatist forces occupy Ryloth. Seeing Republic ships overhead makes her want to be a pilot, and she rescues the astromech Chopper from a crashed Y-wing.
~19 BBY - Rescue on Ryloth
Captured by the Empire after a supply run with Gobi Glie. After her parents are arrested, she calls in Clone Force 99 and flies a stolen shuttle, her first solo flight, to help free them.
~14 BBY - Relief mission to Ryloth
Flies the freighter Eclipse past an Imperial blockade to bring gattis-root medicine to her people. Free Ryloth leaders praise her leadership.
~11 BBY - The Gorse Conflict
While tracking Count Vidian in the Gorse system, meets Kanan Jarrus. Together they stop Vidian's plan to destroy the moon Cynda, and Kanan joins her aboard the Ghost.
~11 BBY to 5 BBY - Forming the Spectres
Builds a rebel cell with Kanan, Chopper, Garazeb Orrelios and Sabine Wren, working as an agent in Fulcrum's network and with Bail Organa.
5 BBY - Ezra Bridger joins the crew
Meets Ezra Bridger on Lothal. The Spectres rescue Wookiee slaves from Kessel, destroy T-7 disruptors, and free Kanan from Grand Moff Tarkin.
4 BBY - Joining Phoenix Cell
Brings the Spectres into Phoenix Cell and later becomes Phoenix Leader. Reconciles with her father during a mission on Ryloth.
3 BBY - Chopper Base on Atollon
Helps set up the rebel base on Atollon while Grand Admiral Thrawn hunts the rebels.
2 BBY - Battle of Atollon
Thrawn finds and attacks the base. Hera helps lead the survivors' escape, and her cell becomes part of the newly formed Rebel Alliance.
1 BBY - Attack on Lothal and Kanan's death
Leads a failed strike on Lothal's Imperial Armory Complex and is captured. Kanan dies saving her during the Spectres' rescue.
