Carson Teva
Carson Teva is the New Republic X-wing captain who saw the Imperial resurgence coming while his superiors on Coruscant refused to believe it. He fought for the Rebel Alliance as early as the destruction of Alderaan, serving alongside the astromech R5-D4. After the war he became a captain in the Adelphi Rangers, patrolling the Outer Rim with too few ships to cover it. In 9 ABY he and Trapper Wolf chased Din Djarin's Razor Crest onto Maldo Kreis. When they found out the Mandalorian had helped New Republic officers aboard the Bothan-5, they rescued him from ice spiders and let him go. Teva later looked into the destroyed Imperial base on Nevarro, where he tried to recruit Cara Dune, and he let Djarin off with a warning above Tatooine. When pirates took Nevarro, he flew to Coruscant to ask for help and was turned away by Colonel Tuttle and Amnesty officer Elia Kane. He then took Greef Karga's plea to the Mandalorian covert himself, which led to the planet's liberation. He also found the wrecked prison shuttle that proved Moff Gideon never reached trial, and he agreed to hire Djarin as an unofficial contractor. Later he flew with Hera Syndulla on her unauthorized mission to Seatos, stood up for her at the hearing that followed, and helped rescue Djarin, Grogu and Rotta from Nal Hutta.

1 BBY - Rebel Service at Alderaan
Teva is already serving in the Rebel Alliance when the Death Star destroys Alderaan. During his time with the Rebellion he serves alongside the astromech R5-D4.
~5 ABY - Joins the New Republic Starfighter Corps
After the Empire falls, Teva stays on with the New Republic. He becomes a captain flying a T-65B X-wing with the Adelphi Rangers out of Adelphi Base.
9 ABY - Pursuit of the Razor Crest
On Spinward patrol with Trapper Wolf, Teva stops the Razor Crest because its transponder is off. When the pilots tie it to the Bothan-5 breakout, Din Djarin flees and they chase him into the canyons of Maldo Kreis.
9 ABY - Rescue on Maldo Kreis
The Bothan-5 records show that Djarin helped the New Republic officers. Teva and Wolf save him from a swarm of ice spiders and let him go, telling him to fix his transponder.
9 ABY - Investigation on Nevarro
Teva questions Greef Karga about the destroyed Imperial base and the Razor Crest. He offers Cara Dune a place in the New Republic, and when she turns him down he leaves her a rank plaque.
~9 ABY - Warning Above Tatooine
Teva and Lieutenant Reed pull over Djarin's N-1 starfighter. Teva recognizes the Mandalorian's voice and lets him off with a warning. Djarin escapes before Teva can ask about Nevarro.
~9 ABY - Plea to Coruscant
Greef Karga sends word that Gorian Shard's pirates have taken Nevarro. Teva flies to Coruscant to ask for help, but Colonel Tuttle and Amnesty officer Elia Kane turn him down.
~9 ABY - Recruiting the Mandalorians
Teva follows R5-D4's signal to the Mandalorian covert and gives Djarin Karga's message. The Mandalorians go on to free Nevarro from the pirates.
~9 ABY - Gideon's Wrecked Transport
Teva finds the breached prison shuttle that was carrying Moff Gideon. The dead guards and a fragment of beskar suggest Gideon was broken out before he could reach trial.
~9 ABY - Djarin Signs On
After Mandalore is liberated, Teva agrees to take on Din Djarin as an unofficial New Republic contractor. As an advance payment, he supplies parts to rebuild IG-11.
~11 ABY - Mission to Seatos
Teva leads fighters escorting Hera Syndulla's Ghost on her unauthorized mission. He survives the shockwave when the Eye of Sion jumps to hyperspace, and he helps search for Ahsoka Tano and pull her from the sea.
~11 ABY - Stalling the Fleet
Teva holds off Captain Girard's fleet while Syndulla and Tano leave to follow the purrgil. Then he watches the purrgil jump away.
~11 ABY - Syndulla's Hearing
At Hera Syndulla's hearing on Coruscant, Teva challenges Senator Hamato Xiono's claim that the Imperial remnants pose no threat. Leia Organa's authorization ends the proceedings.
~9-12 ABY - Rescue on Nal Hutta
Teva flies with the Adelphi Rangers under Colonel Ward to rescue Din Djarin, Grogu and Rotta from Nal Hutta. The Rangers fight off Starhoppers and destroy the Hutt hideout.
